Flickr: It does a backside good.

May 2nd, 2008 by Deplaqer

Like many of my friends, I have a Flickr account. I use it mostly to post photos that I use in the photo tag games from the Minneapolis Bike Love and other sundry events from my life. This week, however, my flickr has offered me a glimpse at internet super-stardom.

It all started one frosty March morning when I was enjoying breakfast at A Bike House. After breakfast, I was invited by Karl to ride his Pugsley. While I rode it around, I gave Karl my camera to snap a few action shots, like these….

As it turns out though, there is another classic photo from that morning that is on the cusp of going “Super Nova” in an internet sense. The photo in question is this one…..

Makes my butt look big

Thanks to two individuals with NSFW Flickr accounts ( kieran862003 and funkyacademic), who marked this photo as a favorite, suddenly this photo has become the most viewed photo in my photostream over the past few days. The following graphic shows what one can only hope to be the beginning of the meteoric rise of the popularity of my butt:

Apparently my butt is working its way to becoming a gay icon like Cher. As you can see from the title of the photo, I think this picture makes my butt look big. However, a quick look at what popular culture reveals that a big butt is indeed an invaluable “ass-set”. Case in point, J-LO

We all know her popularity doesn’t stem from her singing or acting but rather all that junk inside her trunk.

When Kim Kardashian is asked why she is popular, she says “its because I have a fat ass”.

Ray-J knew it, and now we know it too. Perhaps I can parlay my fat looking backside into a lucrative career, complete with my own reality show produced by this guy….

It is nice to see that I am finally getting recognition for my “man humps” from others beside my wife. I have ridden many miles and worked hard to develop a backside worthy of net-wide attention. Thanks to Sveden for use of his blog space.
